Should be fairly easy, if you have any webspace which allows external linking (Angelfire and some others don't, but if you have your own domain, you know all about this)you can just take a screen shot of your character, open it in the graphics programme of your choice to trim it to size, upload it, and link to it with the standard html img tag.
