ravencallscrowsI just realized something. I know a fairly good number of people. Even some who are in positions to know if there are jobs where they work, and how adaptive their respective employers might be to people with black, royal blue and purple hair, the occasional piercing and tattoos which can easily be covered by clothing.
If only Christine had tech skills, i'd recommend her for any tech support type stuff out there. I know she's smart enough that she'd be able to pick it up quickly, and i will personally invest the time necessary to ramp her as fast as possible, so if any of you Seattle area folks happen to hear of something where you work that's entry-level, lemme know and i'll pass it on.
For that matter, it's a shame Keane isn't still open out here. I know she's smarter than a lot of the people i worked with there. Of course, the smart ones put in their 6 months to a year in support hell and moved onward and upward to other places, but still, it was a great place to start in the industry, and you could be a star by simply not being a complete idiot and doing your job competently while trying not to react to some of the stupid things people on the other end said or did.
