Jan. 10th, 2007 11:40 pmOh, if my office isn't closed tomorrow, my prediction is that nearly no one will be there anyway. It's freezing now, the overnight low is supposed to be -6 degrees Celsius- and it'll stay there through morning commute hours, rising to -3 by 11 a.m. and a daytime high of -1 by 2 p.m. Looking out my bedroom window at the road, it'd appear that there's 2-4 cm on the road, and it's snowing again now. In reasonably flat land, this would be no big deal, but we have hills. It's not uncommon at present for my friends' list to have a post or two about nightmare post-work commutes, with some people taking upward of three hours to make a trip which under optimal conditions is around a half-hour.
