gwynn_aaron and ithilien will be arriving in the Emerald City some time on 3 April, and getting generally settled in in the few days immediately following.
The annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival runs through the month of April. Our favourite part thereof is the Street Fair, which runs from the 16th to 18th of the month. There are usually craft vendors, live music, and the like there, and it's usually a lot of fun. Anyone interested in going up for it? We might even manage to take a peek at the flower fields if you feel really strongly about it. Let me know which day would be best for you, and we'll try to get things planned out to allow some semblence of order.
Looking back:
Headed out to the Mercury last night, and saw swarms of people, and reinforced my belief that Seattle is socially incestuous, as chunks of people i didn't think knew each other proved to do so, and from about as many different places. A recap of some of the sightings:greenwood, thedivas and fiance J., h2so4 and erischild, wookie71, calimbrium, gkr, khayman950, girlshawn and ayeshadream. A nice evening, even if my eyes are still irritated from the smoke of the place.
