Jan. 8th, 2004 09:31 pmWell, Mr. Bush's economic revival showed its true colours again yesterday as yet another job moved offshore- this time my friend
gwynn_aaron's employer sent his job to India. He should catch on elsewhere- he's one of the best web designers i know- but that he'd have to bothers me.
It may work out in our best interest, though. See, he and his lovely wife
ithilien (also a talented webbie in her own right) were planning on moving from the Jewel of the Rust Belt to the Emerald City in April, so this may serve to accellerate the process. The job market in Puget Sound isn't booming by any stretch of the imagination, but i think it's a little stronger than it is in Cleveland.
Scary thought that, considering i know a fair number of un- or underemployed locals.
