Jun. 26th, 2002 06:39 pmSlow news day. Doing security/document privacy testing- which basically involves sifting through a list of strings culled from the binaries looking for names, e-mail addresses/aliases or network paths. Doesn't sound too bad, right? Unfortunately, the list is a text file over 35 megs worth, so it's a lot of tedium for even less return than most testing. Logging a fair number of bugs at it though, so at least my boss is happy.
Almost time to call it a day and head over to the Aurifice for coffee. Checking the WSDOT traffic map, it looks as if 520 westbound is finally starting to clear up, so maybe the trip over the lake won't be too horrible. Now if only the grass pollens will do the same- been taking a steady flow of Sudafed-type stuff to stay as congestion free as possible, and am a little groggy as a result. I know they say it's non-drowsy, but they lie.
Really looking forward to the standard Wednesday night conversations with the typical folks.
