I am still of the opinion we should allow kids to vote: They're usually better informed than the general public, & they'll be the ones having to clean up the mess, anyway.

Actually, "they've" *don't ask me who* found that if you hold a mock election at an elementary school before the real election, it is a very correct indicator of which candidate will win. Most suspect it is because the children will take the side of their parents, and what is being said in the household.
