Jan. 31st, 2003 06:53 pmWhat a good day.
Got the last of the stuff straightened out with the state- hopefully, anyway.
Went to the Science Centre with
damashita, alexander, and
greenshadows. Got covered by flutterbies again- got the proper taxonomy on them this time— the ones which like to light in my hair are Idea leuconoe- more commonly known as rice-paper butterflies. After a nice walk around there, off to Bamboo Garden for dinner. Hadn't ever been there before, and lack any real experience with Chinese food in general- thirty-five years kosher and eighteen years as a vegetarian contribute drastically to that.
Yum. Definitely yum.Completely vegetarian and certified kosher by Va'ad Harabanim of Greater Seattle. Among the four of us, not a leftover in sight.
