Found Money

I love my credit union. It's nice being able to call them up and play with money.
In this case, i moved money today from my checking account (which i haven't had cheques for for about three years) into the joint account (for which we do have cheques).
Last statements arrived on Friday, and, as usual, they showed no traffic on my account. What it did show, however, was a balance of nearly $650, which was a big surprise to me, since that figure is about 100 times more than what i thought was in the account (and why i haven't bothered to re-order cheques).
No, it's not mad money, at least not much of it. Most, if not all, of it is already earmarked for something.

Isn't "found" money fantastic? It happens so rarely to me that I get excited if I find a dollar bill in the back pocket of the jeans I wore last week....:D Have fun with the little bit that's mad money ;)
