Or, as ironcat translates it, "Hel-LO, Kitty!" or "how YOU doin, Kitty?" although i'd probably write the latter as "Как дела, Котик?"

There's tons of "Hello Kitty" merchandise out there. Most of it's pink, but there's blue also. The character's from an anime series that's wildly popular in certain groups, but i couldn't tell you why- it's not something for me.
