Back from the weekly outing to Goth Coffee. Dragged revseandoe and convinced transcendence1 to come down and join us for the evening of tumultuous merriment or whatever. Saw a few LJ folk there- Rowan and Ironcat (Hey, Martyn- i think since Rowan called out "Hey, pain in the ass" and we both turned around at the same time, we need to give her a new, Russian nickname. What do you think about 'kotik' since it goes so well with her avatars?)
Ended up running the good reverend and Stax home afterwards- and found out that it's entirely too small a world, as Stax and i know a handful of the same people- but knowing SCA and con people, that's bound to happen, i guess.

LoL, Kotik sounds good! Although she needs whiskers now.
Meanwhile I'm thinking of creating the church of Xia (derived from term Xians) and since Xia can sounds like "зая" in Russia, its mascot would be a mix of Monty Python's bunny (the one with a toothy, er, smile) and Jhonen Vasquez' filler bunny.
