damashita was up at mistress_gaelan's place being all crafty and stuff. The boys had a blast, and after the first dozen times he asked, Nicholas figured out the first question which got asked when he climbed on a boat and asked if we could buy it ("Does it have sails?), and getting on a Hunter 37 managed to make the saleslady laugh- "Dad? Can we have it? It has masts and sails!" We entered a few contests to win various sailboats, but realistically, that'd be the only way we'll have one in the near future, and honestly, it's not a high priority item.
In the evening, it was time to catch a series of sci-fi shorts withmaighdeanmhara, followed by drinks at Starbucks and a good conclusion to a nice evening.
