Swan Lake was, predictably, lovely. It has the distinction of being the first full-length ballet performance i've seen which seemed to take less time than it actually did. I don't know if it's the lushness of the score or the fact that there's nearly no 'down-time' during any of the four acts but always something to going on to see, but it went very quickly. Since i didn't make it to bed until about 1:30, and was up before seven to get darkmuffin over to hockey practice this morning and will be up that early again tomorrow for his game, it's bedtime momentarily.
