The approximately three hundred open support tickets have been whittled down to just over a hundred- an incredibly high percentage of them could be closed after a brief bit of investigation or less. Still, that was a huge amount to get through. By tomorrow, they should be almost all if not all done, and i can get on to the work of bucketing what used to be other people's responsibility with the stuff I have entered. Then it'll be time to figure out what the outsourcers can handle once they finally come into existance.
