More pings from recruiters today, none absolutely out of context, but all from Volt recruiters for Microsoft gigs for which they didn't supply significant information, like payscale, and if there's a place out there which has worse benefits than my current company, it'd be Volt. We'll see if they get back to me with requested information, but since their approach seems to be to cast a wide net and then not always get back to people, none of them count as a real contact. Chances are also unlikely i'd take anything at MS, unless there were oodles of money involved- it'd probably take twenty percent more than i'm making now to make a contract position there at all tempting.
