Sep. 1st, 2005 08:17 amSpeaking extemporaneously from Air Force One, upon seeing some of the destruction wreaked by the passage of Hurricane Katrina in Lousiana and Mississippi, President George W. Bush reputedly had this to say "Flyin' over this, and seeing the damage inflicted on American cities, the American people, and most importantly, our oil refining industry; it is clear to me that we cannot permit this type of violence to go unpunished. It is imperative that we declare war on weather."
OK, so he didn't really say that, but c'mon, you could just hear something like that coming out of his mouth, right?
