(no subject)

Happy labour day and all that. No Natalie MacMaster or Pixies at Bumbershoot for me- neither were in the budget, and even if they had been, it'd have taken quite a bit to get me there- still sick, and having this weird dizziness, not to mention that i'm generally adverse to inflict presence in such crowds ab Bumbershoot/Folklife tend to attract upon myself.

I'm guessing that there's something going on in my inner ear, just from the balance issues, but figure the rest is just some bug which'll pass soon enough. There's also some mental disconnect going on- my attention span is approximately ten seconds long today, which has made getting anything done especially challenging, between that, being dizzy, and having the fever/chills combo. I've pretty much given up on it, and figure that the balance of the evening is going to be spent watching the CSI marathon that's on or various TiVo'd stuff. I'd hoped to get through a bit which is going to the pagan audience concerning some sorta woo stuff (cause lysana doesn't have exclusive license), but that needs to be at least semi-coherent, which means it isn't going to happen tonight.
