No, really: B.A. in History and Literature, University of Richmond, 1988
Marital status: Married todamashita
Residence: Burlington, Washington. Hopefully soon changing (>6 months) to somewhere closer to Seattle.
Profession: Software test geek.
Avocation: Writer, graphic artist and/or game designer.
Favourite colours: Purple, grey, black, dark greens.

Caffeine: Yes, please.
No, really: Depends. If it's hot, chai, Earl Grey or Irish Breakfast tea; on rare occasions (read Wednesday nights and one or two mornings a month) coffee, black, with a pinch of salt if it's been in the pot more than fifteen minutes. If it's cold, Pepsi or a mocha granita.
Songs i never get tired of hearing (in no particular order): "Take To the Sky" - Tori Amos; "Landslide" (the Stevie Nicks song- i have versions also by Tori and Smashing Pumpkins. Any of the three will do); "Under the Milky Way" - Seven Nations; "Captain Wedderburn" - Great Big Sea; "Are Ye Sleepin', Maggie" - Alasdair MacMaster; "Bobcaygeon" - The Tragically Hip; "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" - Smashing Pumpkins; "Army of Me" - Björk; "Believer" - Chantal Kreviazuk; any puirt a beul, especially if it's Sìleas. Of late, "Until the End of the World" by Apoptygma Berzerk and "In Dreams of Mine" by Faith and the Muse.
Night i'll never forget: 19 October, 1996; 7 February, 1997; 26-27 May 1998.
People for whom damashita has to move over for if they ever show up in our bed: Tori, especially if she's back in a '96-'97 emotional state; Jennifer Garner (Sidney Bristow of tv's "Alias"); Yancey Butler (Sara Pezzini of tv's "Witchblade"). Mrowww!
Something i've always wanted to do but never actually done: Stand-up comedy.
