Woodland Park Zoo has recently opened its new panther habitat. Free of his old, concrete enclosure, here's the spotty fellow (yes, at one point he got close enough that gender wasn't in doubt) in his new realm.

Grrr...when we were there for Andy's birthday I couldn't get a good shot of him...he paces so swiftly and digicam delays being what they are...*sigh*
