OK, since you got the 3:45 teaser, here's what caused it:
Was up making a little saline nasal wash for nicholas- he was a little stuffy and not sleeping well as a result- meaning neither of his parents were sleeping well either. The process is to heat a little water and dissolve a tiny bit of salt in it, so while the water was heating, i checked e-mail, and found this from one of the senior programmers i worked with at Cavedog
David Satnik was our server programmer. When changes were made to the Boneyards server, we'd play a little game- he'd tell me what the change he was making should do, i'd try to tell him what he changed in the source. Ended up getting so familiar with the code i got most of them right. Frog was the other de facto co-lead on the two BY projects. All three are people i'd work with without hesitation.
And i'm apparently remembered positively enough that THEY FOUND ME. See why i'm shocked?

Hi Vanya!
Your name came up today when we were discussing recruiting some good QA folks for our "The Matrix Online" team here at Monolith. Dave Satnik recently joined the team as the head of QA engineering and we recently got a resume from Eric "Frog" Elders.
What are you up to these days? Are you living in Texas? (A traceroute to your avarielelf.com site went to Houston.)
-Rick (Lambright)
