Agreed. I just spent the whole day in mine (visiting over at my parents' house), with the addition of thermal underwear since it's in the mid-30s here.
I seem to remember my ex Master (who was Scottish *tehehe*) telling me that nothing was worn under the kilt and they didn't fly up because the material was quite heavy..
