ravencallscrowsOK, what was i thinking?
It's not purely an age thing, just a factor of how our needs change- or our perception of them differs- over time. We're just in different places emotionally, and what we need from other people is very different- or perhaps how we interact with them in order to get what we think we need.
It has been an intense experience, and a time of incredible growth. I still love her dearly as a friend, and hope that we'll remain friends for a long time. I'm not going to pursue anything else now, though. Maybe in time things will change, but i'm not going to focus on that.
Time to live in the moment.
