Anyone who knows me knows it's way better to send me e-mail than it is to call me. I respond to e-mail, but if you're waiting for a call back, better be sure someone comes and dusts you off periodically. I've gotten way better with actually using the telephone since getting out of technical support work, but i'm still unlikely to just decide to call someone out of the blue. The main exception is for people who are friends and associates in the Seattle area for the fine-tuning of plans, who are fairly likely to get a call from me on my mobile phone because i'm either a) running late due to hellish traffic or b) waaaaaay early because i planned for the aforementioned traffic, but somehow missed it.
