Note to self: In the future, remember that it's not always a good idea to make an offer you'd rather no one took you up on. Doing so will end up getting you 7:00 am Monday morning meetings.
My outsourcers will technically be starting then, although the delay in telling me what needed to be done to get them VPN access will delay getting them the appropriate tokens with which to gain it. I'' probably just get them accounts set up in a beta environment and have them start to familiarize themselves with the interface.
