It's one thing to know that a particular website is complete and utter crap, and completely another to take it upon one's self to overhaul it so that it's both a little more functional and a little easier to use.
In this case, there are so many things wrong with this one that the difficulty is in part knowing where to start. It needs a dynamic, usable calendar; it needs to be able to link days to the events which will happen on those days- whether fed by include files or from a live mySQL database. That's probably where to start. Just getting rid of the current structure- which generates each month's calendar pages via Access simply has to happen. Access is fugly.
