Well, today was almost a typical work Monday. Things looked disasterous until about noon. The, someone flipped the Tuesday switch, and things started getting straightened out. We now have the bits which were causing problems all last week mainly behaving, and found out that the next minor release is pushed off indefinitely- it'll release to beta on tha day it was originally going live because the PM who had owned it (and was dismissed last Wednesday) never got any of her work done on it, resulting in skewed vision and development, with the user interface group designing to their functional specification and the development group doing what they thought they needed to do to make things work, and the whole thing just not quite matching up.
