Well, after taking off the first two days of the work week, i feel mostly better. At least at present, i'm not dizzy, which was the primary factor which kept me home today- the drive is bad enough under regular circumstances without having the world pitching up to twenty degrees in any direction.
Went looking for font tools a bit this evening- i'm going to take a shot at actually creating a "perkigoth" font. Only problem is that the tools seem to fall into two basic categories-

Shareware/Freeware- These seem to suck massively, or fail to produce anything past Win 3.x .FON format
and

Professional tools- These are $300 or more, and there are no demos available. Since I only want to play at making a single font, this concept is right out.
So i'm kinda bummed, but i'll get over it. Tried not to sleep all day today so that hopefully i'll sleep tonight.
