(no subject)

If it's not the end of the world as i know it, can i still feel fine anyway? I actually almost do. I'm beginning to feel as if things have turned the corner, and are just going to get better from here, and i think it's about time.

Jann, Katy and Joseph all stopped in last night to discuss plans for Norwescon- we're all doing Alice in Wonderland All Grown Up- Katy as Alice, Joseph as the March Hare, Jann as the Cheshire Dragon, inanna as the Queen of Tarts, and I get to be the Mad Hatter, which I'm modifying into a jester role. Should be fun.

Only downside of the evening last night was having people taking measurements and taping outfits for the ladies corsets right between me and the Russia v. US hockey game (on CBC, of course, apparently it wasn't important enough for NBC or CNBC to cover live!), but i caught the end of the game anyway- Brett Hull tied it in the last few minutes. I guess if someone had to do it, at least it was one of the Red Wings.
