(no subject)

It's Monday again, and I'm sitting at my desk. It didn't snow again, and I'm beginning to wonder if this is going to be another nearly snowless winter. On the positive side, traffic was almost nonexistant, probably due to MLK Day. Dropped Bobby off at Safeco, and hadn't gotten three blocks down the street when he rang the mobile because Safeco's closed today. So I'll end up leaving here early to go get him, which is fine with me at the moment, because our Hindi testing is temporarily on hold until the next build, which should have a working Outlook in it. Outlook at its best scares me, and pseudo-localized into Hindi, it's just gonna be UGLY.
Hope we'll have the car back in solid running shape shortly, and that it's not too expensive.

Is it Friday yet?

Well, the car's at the shop. The mechanic there (who vanessa has known for quite some time indirectly) seems to be of the opinion that it's not necessarily a timing problem, but possibly a fuel pump or filter. We can only hope- either of those should be significantly cheaper than a timing belt. This is why we let professionals determine these things.
First real role-playing session is this weekend. Can't wait- it'll be interesting to see how the different personalities come across.

Well, I've taken a few of these friend tests now, starting with Gwynn's (I got an 80), and have proceeded through Heather's (another 80); inanna's (a 90); Jeffrey's (a 60); and finally Susan's(a pathetic 30).
