"Uh, yeah. I'm trying to find the rear wiper motor assembly for a '94 Dodge Caravan."
"Excuse me, sir, but this is the Air Force Reserves.
"Yeah, but I found you listed in the phone book under Auto Parts."
"But we're the Air Force."
"Does that mean you don't have the part in stock? Can you order it?"
