ravencallscrowsSome days i think i'm a chronic malcontent. It's just hard when you feel like you're on the Titanic, bearing down on that iceberg, to not focus on the 15% of life that sucks in favour of the 85% which doesn't suck.
I need to work on seeing the positive things instead of fixating on the negatives. Behavioural therapy in application.
