My Boss Is A Moron
Oct. 18th, 2002 09:07 amComments on my tasks from yesterday (with my comments following):
"The standalones aren't on the Terminal Server you set up."
-- Errr, that's because they were removed from the share. I can't install what's not there.
[Regarding the other server I set up]"I don't see any Hebrew build on this server at all!! I don't know what is going on here but I will investigate this tomorrow."
-- Don't bother. I already did, two and a half hours before you'll show up here. Seems the temp who's quitting our group because you micromanage him to death needed to do some stuff and paved the box I set up.
"Why didn't you post the file lists and what scenarios you checked for the patching process?"
-- Errr, the checked scenarios are in the spreadsheet you told me to put them in, and they're commented indicating that the patched didn't apply because of an existing bug with the process, so there isn't any relevance to the file lists because they're identical since the patch didn't work.
It's a good thing i don't really care enough to stress about things here. If i did, i'd be incredibly pissed, but as it is, i only need to keep my job here long enough to find a reasonable one somewhere else, and it's not worth stressing over.

Date: 2002-10-18 11:59 am (UTC)I've always appreciated Steve Taylor, Daniel Amos, Swirling Eddies etc. just because they remind me that not all Christians are fundamentalists or feel compelled to over-spiritualize everything.
Y'know, now that i think about it, this disco did use to be a cute cathedral, but then there was that darn floor with the big bite....
